When you upgrade to a Paid Plan and submit the registration form and credit card information, you will be billed for your first month’s use. This sign-up day becomes your monthly billing day. Each month, on the same day, you will be billed for your upcoming month’s plan and any overage fees from the previous month.
You will get an invoice receipt for each credit card transaction or payment we receive. If you have your credit card tied to your account, you will get one receipt per month on your billing day. You can expect your receipt to include a) your upcoming month’s payment (e.g. 1-Device Plan, 5-Device Plan, etc. and any upgrades); and b) any overage fees for the previous month (if applicable).
